Key Highlights of Counselling Process

Login and Choice Filling:

• Candidates must log in to the portal using their ID and password.
• Maximum options for institute/course selection should be filled.
• Forgotten credentials can be reset via the "Forget Password" option.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualified UP state candidates and candidates from other states who passed the qualifying examination in Uttar Pradesh can participate.
• Children of Central Government employees posted in Uttar Pradesh are also eligible.

Fee Structure:

• Seat Acceptance Fee: ₹3,000
• Counselling Fee: ₹250
• Total Fee: ₹3,250 (to be paid online)

Document Verification:

• Original documents such as marksheets, caste/income certificates, domicile, and health certificates must be verified at district help centers.

Automatic Seat Freezing:

• All allotted seats in the counselling process will be automatically frozen after allotment.

Refund Policy:

• Candidates opting for seat withdrawal will receive the ₹3,000 acceptance fee refunded to the same bank account used for payment.

Special Notes

• The seat acceptance fee is non-refundable if documents are not verified within the prescribed dates.
• Candidates failing to verify documents in one round can re-participate in subsequent rounds, depending on eligibility.
• Strict action, including a reduction in admission capacity, will be taken against institutes charging fees higher than prescribed.

Admission Process

After seat allotment and document verification, candidates must complete the admission process at the allotted institution by submitting tuition fees along with necessary documents. Institutes must ensure admission and report the final list of admitted candidates by January 3, 2025.
