The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the exam city intimation slip for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 Session 2. Candidates can now download their exam city slip from the official website — jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Candidates may please note that this is NOT the Admit Card for JEE (Main) - 2025 Session 2. This is advance information for the allotment of the City where the Examination Centre will be located, to facilitate the candidates. The Admit Card of JEE (Main) - 2025 Session-II shall be issued later.
The examination for JEE Mains 2025 Session 2 is scheduled to take place from April 2 to 9, 2025. The exam will be conducted in two shifts – Shift 1 from 9 AM to 12 Noon and Shift 2 from 3 PM to 6 PM. Candidates are advised to check their allotted exam city and make necessary travel arrangements in advance.

JEE Main 2025 city intimation slip release date is March 20, 2025, approximately 10-12 days prior to the exam. Candidates can follow these steps to download their city intimation slip:

- Enter your credentials: Application number and date of birth/password
- View and download: The city intimation slip

To help students plan better, NTA will soon be releasing the JEE Main 2025 Exam City Intimation Slip, which informs candidates where their testing center will take place. It helps candidates plan their travel and lodging (if necessary), avoid last minute hassles, and prepare logistically in advance.
A total of 13,78,232 candidates registered with 13,00,273 candidates appearing for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 accounting a 94.4% attendance rate in JEE Main 2025 session 1. Approximatey 12 lakh candidates are expected to appear for Session 2 papers.

NTA has released the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 result for BE/BTech papers on February 11, 2025 and for BArch/BPlan papers on February 23, 2025. The JEE Main 2025 result link is available on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in 2025.
JEE Main 2025 exam dates session 2 is from April 2 to April 9, 2025 in two shifts – Shift 1 from 9 AM to 12 Noon and Shift 2 from 3 PM to 6 PM.
- JEE Main Paper 1 BE/BTech exams will be conducted om April 2, 3, 4, and 7 in two shifts, and on April 8 in the second shift.
- JEE Main BArch.BPlan exam will be conducted on April 9, 2025 in the first shift.
The official numbers for JEE Mains 2025 Session 2 is not out yet on the official website. However, based on the previous trends, we expect the number of candidates appearing for Session 2 to fall by 1 lakh, bringing down the number to 12 lakhs (approximately).
As per the official information bulletin, the exam city intimation slip was scheduled to be released in the second week of March, followed by admit cards three days prior to the exam. However, the city intimation slip has not yet been published on the official website.
JEE Main 2025 Exam City Slip will consist of details about exam centres. When released, candidates can check the details in JEE Main exam city slip and admit card at – jeemain.nta.nic.in.
