To check the result of JEE Main Paper 2, you need to keep the JEE login credentials handy. The JEE Main paper 2 result for session 1 is available on the website.

Visit the NTA JEE Main official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, and click on the 'JEE Main paper 2 B.Arch /B.Plan link. The page will ask for the application number and date of birth. Provide the JEE Main B.Plan application number and date of birth. Click on Submit and the JEE paper 2 results will be displayed on the screen.

JEE Main Paper 2 Result Tie-Breaking Criteria

The determination of JEE Main Paper 2 results involves a systematic tie-breaker process to ensure accurate and equitable ranking in cases of score ties. The following criteria are employed for resolving tie-breaks:

  • Aptitude Test Marks: Candidates who have scored higher marks in the Aptitude Test are granted a higher rank. This serves as the first level of differentiation to establish ranking.
  • Drawing Test Marks: If a tie persists after considering Aptitude Test marks, the candidate with superior marks in the Drawing test is awarded a higher rank. This second criterion further differentiates candidates.
  • Age Preference: In case the tie is unresolved, priority is given to the older candidate, granting them a higher rank. This age-based criterion serves as a final distinction to determine rankings.

Meanwhile, the JEE (Main) 2025 Paper 1 for BE, BTech witnessed significant participation across both sessions. In total, 15,39,848 unique candidates registered for either the January or April session, while 14,75,103 unique candidates appeared in the exam across both rounds. Out of these, 8,33,536 candidates registered for both sessions, and 7,75,383 of them appeared in both attempts.

To check the EE Mains B.Arch result 2025, you must visit the NTA JEE Main official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. Click on the 'JEE Main paper 2 B.Arch /B.Plan link.Next, you must provide the JEE application number and date of birth. The JEE paper 2 results will be displayed on the screen.

JEE Main Paper 2 Result for B.Arch & B.Planning Tie-Breaking Method

If two or more candidates obtain equal NTA scores in the JEE Main Paper 2 exam (B.Arch & B.Planning), a tie-breaking method is used to determine the ranks. The tie-breaking method differs for B.Arch and B.Planning. 

1. For B.Arch, the tie is resolved based on the following criteria:

  • NTA score in Mathematics
  • NTA score in the Aptitude Test
  • NTA score in the Drawing Test
  • Candidate with less proportion of incorrect answers
  • Candidate with less proportion of incorrect answers in Mathematics
  • Candidate with less proportion of incorrect answers in the Aptitude Test
  • Older in age
  • Application Number in ascending order

2. For B.Planning, the tie is resolved based on the following criteria:

  • NTA score in Mathematics
  • NTA score in the Aptitude Test
  • NTA score in Planning Based Questions
  • Candidate with less proportion of incorrect answers
  • Candidate with less proportion of incorrect answers in Mathematics
  • Older in age
