The merit list and NTA scores of JEE Main 2026 are not limited to NITs and IIITs. The NTA has strict guidelines regarding the declaration of results. It will not declare the results for candidates found to have used unfair means practices (UMP). If a candidate appears from a centre other than the one allotted or allows someone else to take the exam on their behalf, their result will be cancelled. Furthermore, any candidate appearing in the same session more than once will have their candidature cancelled and may be debarred.
