New Delhi: The Indian School of Business (ISB) has concluded the placement drive for the Post Graduate Program in Management (PGP) batchof 2024. Around 866 PGP students received 1,206 offers from 394 companies present at the ISB PGP 2024 placements. Around 25 students also got offers from international companies.

The PGP 2024 placements at ISB saw 70 new recruiters during the placement drive this year. The ISB PGP 2024 batch consisted of students from both engineering and non-engineering backgrounds with work experiences ranging from 2 to 24 years.

There were nearly 350 pre-placement talks, leadership sessions, seminars, and workshops by prospective recruiters. The consulting and technology sectors were among the top two recruiters at ISB, making more than 50 percent of the offers. Around 10 percent of the total offers came from Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector, while 25 international offers were made for diverse geographical locations.

Professor Madan Pillutla, Dean, ISB shared two pieces of advice with the graduates in his address, “First, use your privilege to serve those less fortunate. Inequality persists in our country, and your skills can help address these issues. Second, cultivate the habit of civil disagreement. Embrace different views with kindness and empathy.”

“Graduation is a time for reflection. Think about what success means to you in five, 10, or even more years. Many ISB alumni attribute their transformation to their time here at ISB, and I believe the same will be true for you,” he added.

Top Recruiters at the ISB PGP Placements 2024

The ISB PGP 2024 placement drive was visited by top companies such as IDFC First Bank, Target, Tata Steel, Accenture, Nykaa, Deloitte, and Sotheby’s India, among others.

The most offers were from Accenture and Deloitte, both of whom made offers in the hundreds. Nagarro, Mckinsey, and Navi Technologies made over 20 offers to ISB PGP Students. Other companies that made over 10 offers include:

More than 50% of the offers made to ISB PGP students came from the sectors of technology and consulting. Around 10% of the offers made were from the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The rest of the offers came from sectors such as Digital Marketing & Transformation, Sales & Business Development and Product Management, among others.
