Indus Business Academy Bangalore PGDM Placement 2021-23: Highest Package Offered at INR 22.26 LPA

New Delhi:  The Indus Business Academy Bangalore has completed 100% of the placements for the PGDM 2021–23 batch, and recorded increases in maximum compensation of 63% and average salary of 11%.  The Highest Package Offered at INR 22.26 LPA whereas the average package offered at INR 7.80 LPA

In IBA Bangalore placements 2023, 95+ recruiters took part who made enticing offers to the 136 students who took part in the placement process. 

Dr. Manish Jain, the founder and chairman of the institute, shared the main placement trends and highlights at IBA Bangalore. “The placement season is that season of the year which is eagerly anticipated by both the students and us", he said. We're grateful that recruiters have consistently shown us trust and confidence in the past. As we make more strides to improve the institute's R&D ecosystem, the career domains that are available to our students are also expanding positively. This year, a sizable number of core businesses have expressed interest in hiring on campuses. At IBA Bangalore this year, 24% of the offers are from the core industries.

Prof. Surya Mahadevan, Chairperson, Corporate Engagements & Placement, commented on the successful conclusion of the IBA Bangalore placements season 2023 by saying, "For the Academic Year 2021-23, companies from a variety of industries including banking, finance, fintech, FMCG, food and beverage, HR consulting, internet and e-commerce, IT, and retail came.

The PGDM programme at IBA Bangalore was accredited by IACBE (Approved by CHEA) USA in 2013 and reaccredited by IACBE in 2020, ranking 19th out of 63 B Schools (out of over 5000 B Schools in India).
