Candidates must submit documents such as a copy of their application, degree certificates, provisionals, course completion certificates, grade cards, and marksheets for all degrees received at the time of the entrance examination.

The Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati has invited applications for its PhD and MS Research programs for the academic year 2025. Candidates interested in submitting are encouraged to submit their applications before April 9, 2025. Application procedures will begin on March 10, 2025. At 10 AM.

IIT Tirupati PhD and M.S Research Program Documents Required
Candidates are needed to present the following documents at the time of admission:
At the time of the Interview and/or Written Test:
- Copies of the application, degree certificates, provisionals, certificates of course completion, grade cards, and marksheets for each degree earned.
- For candidates who are SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS, the Competent Authority will provide a Community Certificate in the format specified by the Government of India.
- CSIR-UGC-JRF/LS/NET/DAE-JEST, GATE score, or any other fellowship award.
- Applicants under the External Category are required to provideA certificate of no objection
- Applicants in the part-time category are required to present a certificate of no objection.
- Candidates must present a certificate of no objection while applying under the internal category.
At the time of Admission
- Admission is offered.
- Any legitimate government identification document, such as an Aadhaar, PAN, passport, driver's license, etc., can serve as proof of name and date of birth.
- All degrees earned, including degree certificates, provisionals, certificates of course completion, grade cards, and marksheets.
- For candidates who are SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS, the Competent Authority will provide a Community Certificate in the format specified by the Government of India.
