IISc Bangalore SPARC Workshop Applications Open till Feb 23; Apply Here

New Delhi: IISc Bangalore is inviting applications for the SPARC Workshop conducted by the Centre for Continuing Education. The workshop will be held from March 3 to 5, 2024. Interested PhD students, practicing engineers, and faculty members from IISc Bangalore are eligible to apply for the workshop.

As per IISc Bangalore, the application deadline for IISc Bangalore SPARC Workshop 2024 is February 23, 2024. The course fee for faculty members is INR 8,000 plus 18% GST, INR 4,000 plus 18% GST for students, and INR 15,000 plus 18% GST for professionals. 

The SPARC Workshop will have a presentation as well as engaging discussions in areas such as resilience of structures, sensing technologies, fire and exploring repair and retrofitting structures to offer resilience against loads.

The presentations will be made by faculty members from the Indian Institute of Technology, Indian Institute of Science, and professional educators from universities abroad: The University of British Columbia and University of Alberta.
