IISc Bangalore has released the fee structure for UG, PG and PhD admissions 2026. Candidates can check category-wise application fees and course-wise charges on the official website.
The Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, has officially released the fee structure for PG, PhD and UG admissions for the academic year 2026. Candidates planning to apply for various programmes are advised to check the category-wise fee details before submitting their application forms.

As per the IISC Bangalore official notification, for PG and PhD programmes, candidates belonging to the General, OBC and EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹800. For candidates from the SC, ST and PwD categories, the application fee has been fixed at ₹400.
For ERP (External Registration Programme) candidates, the application fee is ₹2,000 for all categories. Meanwhile, sponsored candidates from government organisations and PSUs need to pay an application fee of ₹800. Candidates applying for the M.Tech (Online) programme will have to submit an application fee of ₹2,000.
