New Delhi: A Faculty Development Programme (FDP) was conducted by IIM Sambalpur for executives of Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT). Two separated branches of 36-mid career faculty members executed the program, with an emphasis on their professional development and advancement in the constantly evolving field of management education in the sphere of agriculture.
Director of IIM Sambalpur, Professor Mahadeo Jaiswal, stated “FDP was conducted to enhance the professional growth and development of faculty members working with OUAT. The professional development achieved through practical guiding principles of education to develop knowledge for every organization is the present need”.
“This program is organized into several themes covering case studies, conceptual frameworks, collaborative activities, group discussion, and experiential knowledge exchange”, he further added.

Dr Rama Chandra Dash was the corresponding resource person. Professor Merlin Nandy and Professor Anand Hindolia were the lead of the program and ensured the information was received at best.
