IIM Nagpur has released MBA 2026–28 PI calls; shortlisted candidates must complete the application form by January 25.

IIM Nagpur has officially released the Stage 1 / Personal Interview (PI) calls for MBA Admission 2026–28. Candidates shortlisted for the next stage have been informed via official email communication and are required to fill out a separate PI application form within the stipulated deadline.
The IIM Nagpur MBA’s admission process will move forward with Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview rounds, scheduled between February and April 2026, followed by the release of final offers in May.
IIM Nagpur MBA 2026-28 Dates
Candidates shortlisted for the PI round must follow the official schedule shared by the institute. The key dates are provided in the table below:

What is the IIM Nagpur MBA Shortlisting Criteria?
Shortlisting for the MBA 2026–28 batch is based on multiple parameters, including:
- CAT percentile score
- Class 10, Class 12, and graduation academic performance
- Relevant work experience, where applicable
- Gender diversity consideration
Based on previous admission cycles, the expected CAT cutoff is around 90 percentile for General category, with lower cutoffs for reserved categories.
It is important to note that IIM Nagpur does not participate in the Common Admission Process (CAP) conducted for several new IIMs. The institute follows an independent shortlisting and interview process, and its PI calls are separate from CAP-based selections.
Candidates who successfully submit the PI form will be required to appear for:
- Written Ability Test (WAT)
- Personal Interview (PI)
The final merit list will be prepared based on CAT score, academic profile, work experience, diversity factors, and performance in WAT and PI.
