IIM Kashipur Hosts Second Edition of Management Education & Research Colloquium 2023; Check Details Here

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur is currently organising the second edition of its research colloquium titled ‘Management Education & Research Colloquium (MERC). The event will be held for three days, from May 19 to May 21, 2023. 

As per IIM Kashipur, the research colloquium will be attended by over 100 researchers from across the country. The event is organised at a national-level collaborative platform to bring together like-minded researchers, scholars, experts and academicians.

The inauguration ceremony was held on May 19, 2023 in the presence of Chief Guest, Prof Ramadhar Singh (Academician and Professor at Ahmedabad University), as well as over 150 research scholars, expert panellists and all faculty and staff members of IIM Kashipur. 

At IIM Kashipur MERC 2023, research scholars can collaborate and interact with researchers and practitioners from various disciplines. In addition to this, they can share their experiences, ideas and innovations with other researchers and gain valuable insights from experts. 

Some of the key activities which will be held at the research colloquium include keynote addresses, paper presentations, workshops, panel discussions, and cultural programs (Theatre). Interested participants can join the event in either online or offline mode. 

As per the officials, the institute will award selected researchers with ‘Best Paper Awards’ and over 100 researchers are presenting their papers for this award category. The event will also feature workshops on research methodologies and panel discussions on various topics. 

The main goal of MERC is to facilitate the exchange of ideas between academicians so they can improve their research papers and grow their network. The participants will also experience the nature excursion to Nainital and spend time in the peace and quiet of the hills during the event.
