IIM Indore Begins 16th Batch of EPGP in Management with 75 Students

New Delhi: IIM Indore has welcomed the 16th batch of the Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management – EPGP. Since its inception in 2009, this is considered the largest one-year EPGP Batch, with a total of 75 participants.

Following the changing nature of industries, IIM Indore's EPGP program highlights the importance of skill development to meet evolving demands. The EPGP batch will experience an updated program focusing on the skills that are regarded as the skills of the future.

Further, this program primarily focuses on nurturing versatile leaders ready to thrive in an ever-changing professional landscape and helping them begin a transformative journey as they graduate.

IIM Indore EPGP Batch 2024-25 Profile: Gender Diversity and Professional Experience

With a total of 75 participants, consisting of 12 females and 63 males, this diverse EPGP batch brings a gender-balanced dynamic, which will represent discussions and collaborations.

The participants’ average age of 32.2 years indicates a mix of seasoned professionals and those at the beginning of their careers, promoting a dynamic learning atmosphere. These participants have a thorough understanding of their respective fields with an average work experience of 8.4 years.

The EPGP participants come from diverse industries including Automotive, BFSI, Consulting, Education, Energy/Power/Oil, Government, IT/ITES, Manufacturing/Infra, and Other sectors, which brings their backgrounds, skills, and knowledge together, forming a community dedicated to engage in meaningful conversations, tackle challenges, and drive impactful solutions in their respective domains.

The program's inauguration was led by Professor Himanshu Rai, Director of IIM Indore. Prominent dignitaries such as the Chief Guest Vishal Sharma, National Managing Director & President, USI Consulting Leader, Deloitte Consulting India Pvt Ltd; Professor Saurabh Chandra, Chair of EPGP; Professor Prashant Salwan, Dean of Programmes, and other esteemed faculty members, made their presence at the event.
