IIIT Naya Raipur PhD Admission 2025: Eligibility Criteria

• A 1-year/2-semester master's degree program after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor’s degree program or a 2-year/4-semester master’s degree program after a 3-year bachelor’s degree program with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade is required.

OR

• An equivalent qualification from a foreign educational institution accredited by a recognized agency in its home country is acceptable. This agency must be approved or authorized by a legal authority in that country to assess and ensure the quality and standards of the institution. A 5% mark relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates

• Applicants under the INDIVIDUAL FELLOWSHIP category should have qualified CSIR/ UGC/DAE/ NBHM/ DST/ DBT/ ICAR/ ICMR/ ICPR or secured funding from such an agency. They are not entitled to Institute Assistantship.
• Applicants in Sponsored (Full-time) and Part-time categories must be a regular employee of the sponsoring organization with at least two years of professional experience in the respective Field.
• Applicants in the Self-financed and On-deputation categories should have at least two years of professional experience in the respective field.

IIIT Naya Raipur PhD Admission 2025: Application Process

• Candidates must register online on the official website by filling out the required details. The login credentials will be sent to the registered email.
• Upload the testimonials wherever it is required to validate the information along with a photograph and signature.
• They need to pay application fees of Rs. 500/- to confirm the final submission of the application.
• The applicant has to carry the printout of this application along with all the attachments and their originals during the written test/interview.
• The applicant has to register separately (the same email ID can be used) to apply for multiple
• disciplines and payment are also to be made separately.
