IIIT Sri City Online MTech Admission 2025 Opens; Apply Now

IIIT Sri City is now accepting applications for Online M.Tech Admission 2025. The program is set to begin on July 5, 2025. It includes an annual one-week college interaction and a campus immersion opportunity. Graduates will also earn IIIT Sri City alumni status upon completion.

IIIT Sri City Online MTech Eligibility Criteria 2025

Applicants must hold a B.Tech, BE, BS, M.Tech, MSc (4-semester program), MCA (4-semester program), MS degree (minimum 4 semesters), or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline with at least 55% marks or 5.5/10 CPI. For candidates belonging to SC, ST, or PwD categories, the minimum requirement is 50% marks or 5.0 CGPA/CPI.

• For MCA/MSc graduates, the percentage from their MCA/MSc degree will be considered.
• For BE/BTech graduates without a PG specialization, the undergraduate degree percentage will be taken into account.
• For candidates with a postgraduate qualification in the engineering field, the PG score will be considered.
• GATE is not mandatory for admission.

The selection process will take place after counseling and application submission, based on the number of eligible candidates and seat availability. The entire process will be conducted online.

Candidates who do not meet the minimum CGPA or percentage requirement may still be considered if they have relevant work experience in the technical field.
