IGNOU has announced the selection list for Ph.D. Computer Science July 2025 session, including candidates with and without Visvesvaraya Fellowship.

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has released the list of candidates selected for admission to the Ph.D. Computer Science programme for the July 2025 session.

The selection list includes candidates shortlisted under the Visvesvaraya Fellowship scheme as well as those without fellowship. The Research Unit of IGNOU published the official list on its website.

Selected candidates will receive their offer letters for admission through their registered email addresses. The list mentions candidates’ form numbers, names, gender, and category details.

IGNOU PhD Computer Science 2025 Selection Details

The released list features a total of 11 candidates shortlisted for the Ph.D. Computer Science programme under the School of Computer and Information Sciences (SOCIS). Out of these, seven candidates were selected without the Visvesvaraya Fellowship, while four candidates secured admission under the fellowship category.

IGNOU Ph.D. Admission Process 2025

According to the IGNOU university, offer letters for selected candidates have been sent separately via email. Candidates must follow the further instructions mentioned in the letter for completing the admission formalities.

The Research Unit of IGNOU will guide the selected scholars regarding document verification, fee payment, and joining formalities in due course.

Selected applicants are advised to regularly check their registered email IDs for communication regarding joining dates and orientation schedules. The university is expected to announce the reporting schedule and guidelines soon on its official website.
