ICFAI University Invites Applications for Admission to Various Courses for 2025, Check Details

ICFAI University is inviting applications for admission in multiple courses. The last date of the application is July 29, 2025. The courses include B.Sc Medical & Non-Medical, B. Tech. (Lateral Entry), BBA, MBA, Ph.D, M.Sc, B.Com, LL.B., LL.M., and Bachelor of Pharmacy.

Admission 2025 Schedule

Application Process for All the Courses

• Candidates have to apply online by filling out an online application form available on the official website i.e. https://iuhimachal.edu.in/.
• Applicants applying online should attach their scanned colour photograph along with the Online Application.
• They have to pay the application fee of INR 500 to complete the application process.

Documents Required for Application

Candidates need to submit the following certificates.

• Score card of JEE (Main) / HPCET 2025 for B.Tech and qualifying exam for MBA (self-attested copies) (For B.Tech only)
• Score card of JEE (Main) / HPCET 2025 for B.Tech and qualifying exam for MBA (for MBA only)
• Date of Birth Certificate /Class X Certificate (self-attested copies)
• Marks sheets of Class XII / Diploma / Graduation Degree Certificate (self-attested copies)
• Domicile Certificate (self-attested copies)
• Caste Category (In case SC/ST/OBC students) (self-attested copies)
• Any other certificates pertaining to academic and other activities (self-attested copies)
• Migration Certificate (Original copy)
• Character Certificate (Original copy)

Details About B.Sc Medical and Non- Medical (Duration 3-4 Years)

Eligibility

• Candidates must have passed Class XII with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) with an aggregate of 50% or higher marks.
• Students in Class XII who are awaiting their final year Examination results are also eligible to apply.

Fee Structure

At the end of the last semester, candidates need to pay an Alumni Association Membership Fee of Rs. 1,500 and a Convocation Fee of Rs. 3,000.

Note: The admission decision will be communicated after the interview process. All the selected students are required to pay an amount of Rs. 10,000 towards confirmation of seat which will be adjusted in the first-semester program fee.

Details About B.Tech Lateral Entry (Duration 3 Years)

Eligibility

• Candidates must have passed a 3-year diploma in Engineering in the respective discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate.

Fee Structure

At the end of the last semester, candidates need to pay an Alumni Association Membership Fee of Rs. 1,500 and a Convocation Fee of Rs. 3,000.

Note: The admission decision will be communicated after the interview process. All the selected students required to pay an amount of Rs. 10,000 towards confirmation of seat which will be adjusted in the first semester program fee.

Details About Bachelor of Pharmacy (Duration 4 Years)

Eligibility

• Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with an aggregate of 50% with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) or Biology (PCB / PCMB) as optional subjects.
• Any student possessing any other qualification as approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above Examinations is also eligible.

At the end of the last semester, candidates need to pay an Alumni Association Membership Fee of Rs. 1,500 and a Convocation Fee of Rs. 3,000.

Details About BBA (Duration 3-4 Years)

Eligibility

• Candidates must have passedin Class XII (or an equivalent Examination) in any discipline with an aggregate of 45% and above marks.

At the end of the last semester, candidates need to pay an Alumni Association Membership Fee of Rs. 1,500 and a Convocation Fee of Rs. 3,000.

Details About LL.B. (Duration 3 Years)

Eligibility

• Candidates must be graduates in any discipline with an aggregate of 45% or higher marks.
• Students awaiting the results of their final year Examinations are also eligible to apply.

Details About LL.M. (Duration 1 Years)

Eligibility

• Candidates must be passed a Bachelor of Laws (3 years or 5 years Law) from a recognized University or Institution with a minimum aggregate of 50% or above marks. (45% for the SC/ST Category).

At the end of the last semester, candidates need to pay an Alumni Association Membership Fee of Rs. 1,500 and a Convocation Fee of Rs. 3,000.

Details About M.Sc. (Duration 2 Years)

Eligibility

• Candidates must be passed a B.Sc. (Non-Medical), with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate or an equivalent CGPA.

Eligibility

• Candidates must be passed the Graduation in any discipline and should have passed each paper with 50% and above aggregate marks.
• They should qualified the CMAT or having any other eligibility criteria to his/her credit as prescribed by the Regulatory Bodies.
• The Students awaiting the final year Examination results are also eligible to apply.
• The Students should enclose an attested copy of the CMAT or any other test scorecard for the purposes of admission to the MBA Program.
