ICAI announced exam dates for September-November 2026. Foundation exam September 2-9, Intermediate September 1-12, Final November 2-13, 2026. Online registration July 6-22, 2026. Exams in 300+ cities across India and 3 overseas centers.

ICAI Exam Dates Out

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the examination dates for CA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final courses for September-November 2026. The examinations will be held across more than 300 cities in India and 3 overseas centers including Bahrain, Dubai, and Kathmandu. Online registration for the examinations will commence on July 6, 2026 and close on July 22, 2026. Candidates can apply through the Self Service Portal (SSP) at eservices.icai.org using their credentials. The examination fee can be paid online through credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI.

The CA Foundation examination will be held on September 2, 5, 7, and 9, 2026. The Intermediate examination Group I will be held on September 1, 3, and 6, 2026, while Group II will be held on September 8, 10, and 12, 2026. The Final examination Group I will be held on November 2, 4, and 6, 2026, while Group II will be held on November 9, 11, and 13, 2026. All examinations will commence at 2:00 PM IST. Foundation papers 3 and 4 will be of 2 hours duration, while Final paper 6 and INTT-AT papers will be of 4 hours duration. All other papers will be of 3 hours duration.

Candidates will be given 15 minutes advance reading time from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM IST for all papers except Foundation papers 3 and 4 and Post Qualification Course examinations. The examination fee for Intermediate single group is Rs. 1,500 for Indian centers and US325foroverseascenters.Forbothgroups,thefeeisRs.2,700forIndiancentersandUS 500 for overseas centers. Foundation examination fee is Rs. 1,500 for Indian centers and US$ 325 for overseas centers. INTT-AT and IRM Technical examination fees are Rs. 2,000 each.

Candidates can opt for English or Hindi medium for answering papers in Foundation, Intermediate, and Final examinations. However, Post Qualification Course examinations (INTT-AT and IRM Technical) will be conducted in English medium only. Candidates must select their preferred medium while filling the examination form. The correction window for changing examination city or medium will be available from July 23 to July 25, 2026. Candidates are advised to carefully select their examination city and medium as changes after the correction window may not be possible.

The examinations will be held in major cities across all states and union territories of India. Overseas examination centers are available in Bahrain, Dubai (UAE), and Kathmandu (Nepal). The examination commencement timing at Dubai will be 12:30 PM Dubai local time (equivalent to 2:00 PM IST). At Bahrain, the timing will be 11:30 AM Bahrain local time (equivalent to 2:00 PM IST). At Kathmandu, the timing will be 2:15 PM Nepal local time (equivalent to 2:00 PM IST). ICAI reserves the right to withdraw any city or center without assigning any reason.
