ICFAI Business School (IBS) Hyderabad has announced the fee structure for its MBA program for the 2026–28 batch. The total academic fee for the two-year full-time MBA program is set at ₹ 17,01,000.
The fee for the MBA program at IBS Hyderabad is structured in instalments, with students required to pay ₹8.505 lakh per year. Along with the first instalment, a refundable caution deposit of ₹10,000 is to be submitted. Additionally, a convocation fee of ₹4,000 is charged with the fifth instalment.
The fee covers academic instruction but does not include living expenses (hostel, meals, boarding, etc.)

To be eligible for the MBA program at IBS Hyderabad, applicants must be graduates in any discipline with 50% or above marks and must have studied with English as the medium of instruction. A minimum of 15 years of education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern) is required. Candidates who do not meet the English medium requirement need to submit a valid TOEFL, NELT, or IELTS score by May 31, 2026.
For admissions to the 2026–28 batch, IBS will accept scores from IBSAT 2025, CAT, NMAT by GMAC, XAT, or GMAT. The application deadline falls in the second week of December 2025, as per the official admission calendar.
The IBSAT 2025 test is scheduled for December 27–28, 2025, and results will be declared in the first week of January 2026. Selection briefings will be held from mid-January at 70+ locations across India, followed by the final selection process in February 2026 at IBS Hyderabad.
