HPU UIT Shimla Admission 2022 Open for B.Tech; Last Date to Apply is June 30

New Delhi: University Institute of Technology, Himachal Pradesh University has begun the application process for the B.Tech programmes for the academic year 2022-2023. Aspiring candidates can apply online through the official website hpuniv.ac.in

HPU UIT has B.Tech programmes in Information technology, Computer Science Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering. Students can also apply for B.Tech (Hons) degree programmes. Candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech programmes can apply by June 30, 2022.

HPU UIT Shimla Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria 

For admission to B.Tech courses at HPU UIT, candidates must:

• Have qualified 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and one of the other electives from a recognised board with an aggregate of 50% marks. 
• Must hold a valid score in the Common Entrance Test. 
• Must not be more than 22 years of age. 

HPU UIT Shimla Admission 2022: Selection Process 

Candidates can check the selection procedure for the course here: 

• Candidates are selected on the basis of their score in CET. 
• Shortlisted candidates are called for counselling rounds. 
• Final selection is done on the basis of the last qualifying score and score in CET.

HPU UIT Shimla Admission 2022: How to Apply 

Candidates can fill in the registration form for counselling by the following steps:

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of HPU Shimla, at hpuniv.ac.in

Step 2: Register yourself after filling in the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, log in with your registration credentials and fill in all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee as required and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a printout of the form for all future needs.
