The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana has declared the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) Round 2 provisional seat allotment result for the academic session 2026-27. Candidates who registered for the second round can now check their allotment status on the official counselling portal at uhsrugcounselling.com. The result covers seats for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) courses across participating institutions in Haryana.

Allotted candidates must complete the admission formalities within the stipulated window. The final joining deadline at the allotted college is September 20, 2026, up to 4:00 PM. Failure to report by this deadline will result in cancellation of the allotted seat.

2. Click on the Round 2 provisional seat allotment link on the homepage.
3. The merit list-cum-allotment PDF will open on the screen.
4. Search using the NEET UG roll number or application number.
5. Note down the allotted college, course and category details.

How to Complete the Round 2 Admission Process?

After checking the allotment, candidates must pay the provisional tuition fee online. The payment window is open until September 16, 2026. The portal accepts standard online payment methods, such as net banking, debit card, credit card and UPI.

Once the fee is paid, candidates must appear for physical document verification. This process will be conducted from September 17 to 19, 2026, at the allotted institute. Candidates must carry all original documents along with self-attested copies.

After successful verification, the provisional admission letter can be downloaded from the portal. Candidates must then report to the allotted college by September 20, 2026, to complete the joining formalities.
