Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2024: Round 1 Physical Document Verification Schedule And Provisional Seat Allotment Released

Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak (Pt. B.D. Sharma UHSR), has released the schedule for physical document verification for candidates allotted provisional seats in Round 1 of NEET PG Counselling 2024. The document verification is scheduled for December 7, 2024 and December 8, 2024.

Key Highlights of the Schedule

1. Verification Dates and Categories:
   • 7th December 2024:
     • 9:00 AM: NRI, PwBD, EWS, and Minority Categories
     • 10:00 AM: BCA and BCB Categories
     • 12:00 Noon: SC and SC-D Categories
   • 8th December 2024:
     • 9:00 AM: UR (Unreserved) Category
     • 12:00 Noon: Management Category
2. Venue:

   The physical document verification will take place at Sushruta Auditorium, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.

3. Provisional Admission Letter and Reporting Deadline:
   • Candidates can download their provisional admission letters upon successful verification on 8th and 9th December 2024.
   • The last date for reporting/joining the allotted institute is 9th December 2024, up to 5:00 PM.

Counseling Schedule

Candidates must bring original copies of the following documents for verification:

• NEET PG 2024 scorecard
• Class 10 and 12 mark sheets (as proof of age)
• MBBS degree/provisional certificate
• Internship completion certificate
• Category certificate (if applicable)

• Online Fee Payment: Candidates must have successfully paid the provisional tuition fee through the admission portal before attending the document verification.
• Adherence to Schedule: Candidates are advised to adhere to the allocated reporting time and category-specific schedule to avoid any inconvenience.
• Non-Reporting: Candidates who fail to appear for document verification or do not complete the required formalities within the stipulated time will forfeit their seat and will not be eligible for further counselling.
