Goa Diploma Admissions 2026 Begin May 4; Register by May 13

The Directorate of Technical Education office at Porvorim is the primary centre for application form collection. Agnel Polytechnic Verna is a major centre for application form submission. Institute of Shipbuilding Technology Vasco is also designated as an application collection centre.
