It stood at 83% in 2021–22, 82% in 2022–23, 79% in 2023–24, and is currently around 77% for 2024–25, with the final figures expected to improve as the placement season progresses.

GHRCEM Sector-wise placement data for the 2024–25 academic year indicates that Software, IT, and Core Engineering roles account for the largest share at 40%. Automotive follows this at 18%, Manufacturing, R&D, and Automobile at 11%, Consultancy, Analysis, and Trading at 10%, and Civil and Infrastructure at 9%. Banking and Finance, Telecom, PSUs, and Academic Institutions together constitute the remaining share.
