Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will hold physical counselling for two MD (Paediatrics) seats at Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalaya for the 2024-2025 session. Eligible candidates can now apply online.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has released updates for the 2024-2025 admissions process. Physical counselling will be conducted for two MD (Paediatrics) seats under CET Code-102 at Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalaya. Eligible candidates who meet the requirements can apply in person at the university’s Dwarka campus from November 11 to 20, 2024. Additionally, the university has opened admissions for the Ph.D. programme (Winter Session). Applications must include all required documents and a non-refundable fee of INR 1,500.

Seat Availability

The seats are available for the following categories under the 200-point roster:

This physical counselling will ensure the allotment of these two seats in a transparent manner. Candidates will need to participate in the counselling process in person and provide all necessary documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements to participate in the admission process:

  • MBBS Degree: Only candidates who have obtained their MBBS degree from an affiliated medical college of GGSIPU are eligible for admission to the State/Institutional quota seats.
  • NEET PG 2024: All applicants must have appeared in and qualified the NEET PG 2024 exam.
  • Compulsory Rotatory Internship: Candidates must have completed a one-year compulsory rotatory internship before the specified admission date.
  • Permanent Registration: Candidates should possess permanent registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or any State Medical Council.

Application Submission Details

Eligible candidates wishing to participate in the counselling for the MD (Paediatrics) course at Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalaya must submit a physical application along with all necessary documents. The application process will be conducted at the Facilitation Centre of GGSIPU, located at Sector-16C, Dwarka, New Delhi, from 11th November 2024 (11:00 AM) to 20th November 2024 (04:00 PM).

Required Documents for Application

Candidates must submit the following documents in person at the facilitation center for their application to be considered valid:

  • Application Request: Including the applicant’s name, father’s and mother’s names, date of birth (self-attested class X marksheet), correspondence address, category (UR/SC/ST/OBC/EWS) with a self-attested certificate, NEET PG 2024 roll number and rank, and details of qualifications (with the name of the institute and year of passing).
  • NEET PG 2024 Rank Card: Self-attested photocopy.
  • Demand Draft: Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) in favor of Registrar, GGSIPU, payable at New Delhi.
  • MBBS Degree: Self-attested photocopy from affiliated GGSIPU medical colleges.
  • Compulsory Rotatory Internship Certificate: Self-attested photocopy.
  • Permanent Registration Certificate: Self-attested photocopy with MCI or State Medical Council.

  • Application Submission: From 11th November 2024 to 20th November 2024 (Monday to Wednesday, 11:00 AM to 04:00 PM).
