Tripura NEET PG Counselling: DME Tripura Extends Deadline for Round 3 Reporting

DME Tripura has extended the deadline for Tripura NEET PG round 3 reporting. As per the notice released, students must report to the allotted colleges before 15 February 2025, 5:00 PM

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tripura, has announced an extension for the reporting deadline for Round 3 of the Tripura NEET PG 2024 counselling. According to the notice released, the last date for Tripura NEET PG 2024 reporting has been extended until 5 PM on February 15, 2025.

In addition to the extension, the DME has released details regarding the upcoming Stray Vacancy Round for Tripura NEET PG 2024 counselling. Eligible candidates are advised to prepare for fresh choice filling for the Tripura NEET PG Stray Vacancy Round, as choices submitted during Round 3 will not be considered for this round.

Key Highlights of the Notification

Students must go through the important instructions released by DME tripura for Tripura NEET PG Counselling.

  • Eligibility Criteria:

    • Only candidates who are not currently holding a seat in All India Quota (AIQ), Deemed Universities, or any State counselling are eligible to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round.

    • Candidates found holding a seat in any of the aforementioned categories will have their candidature automatically cancelled.

  • Participation Restrictions:

    • Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 3 but did not join the allotted college/institute are barred from participating in the Stray Vacancy Round.

  • Mandatory Joining Requirement:

    • If a candidate is allotted a seat in the Stray Vacancy Round, they must report and join the allotted college/institute. Failure to do so will result in the candidate being debarred from future NEET PG examinations.

  • Fresh Choice Filling:

    • A new choice-filling process will be conducted for the Stray Vacancy Round, and previously submitted choices from Round 3 will not be considered.
