The Consortium of National Law Universities has opened the CLAT 2026 grievance portal. Candidates can submit their complaints online at consortiumofnlus.ac.in till December 24, 2025.

CLAT 2026 Grievance Portal Open

The Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLUs) has constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee for CLAT 2026 to address concerns raised by candidates regarding the examination and related processes. The move comes after several candidates reported issues, particularly related to the calculation of marks in the CLAT 2026 results.

According to the official notification, the CLAT 2026 grievance redressal portal is active from December 17 to December 24, 2025, till 5:00 PM. Candidates facing genuine issues are required to submit their grievances strictly within this time period. Any grievance submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

CLAT 2026 Grievance Submission Procedure

Candidates intending to file a grievance before the Grievance Redressal Committee shall comply with the following procedure:

  • Log in to the CLAT candidate account using valid credentials.
  • Click on the “Submit Grievance” option provided on the dashboard.
  • Specify the category and nature of the grievance
  • Furnish a clear and concise description of the grievance, not exceeding 1,000 characters
  • Upload relevant supporting documents, if any
  • Complete and submit the prescribed declaration
  • Submit the grievance by clicking the “Submit” button.

Subject Matter of Grievances

The Grievance Redressal Committee shall consider grievances relating to the following subject matters:

  • Errors relating to totalling or the computation of marks
  • Grievances relating to the registration process for counselling
  • Grievances relating to the published seat matrix
  • Grievances relating to infrastructure and facilities at examination centres
  • Grievances relating to conduct or treatment by invigilators at examination centres and
  • Any other grievance, incidental or ancillary to the above matters.

The Consortium has clearly stated that grievances related to questions, options, or the final answer key of CLAT 2026 will not be entertained, as these matters have already been reviewed by expert and oversight committees.

Candidates are advised to submit accurate information and avoid filing multiple grievances for the same issue. The Consortium aims to resolve all valid grievances in a time-bound and transparent manner.
