CIMP Patna Begins PGDM Admission 2026-28; Apply by May 31

Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP) is accepting applications for its PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) program for the 2026-28 academic session. You can apply online until May 31, 2026, through the official admission portal at admission.cimp.ac.in. The application fee is INR 1,000 for general candidates and INR 500 for SC/ST/DA candidates.

CIMP's PGDM is a two-year full-time program approved by AICTE and recognized by AIU as equivalent to MBA. The institute has a 100% placement record since its inception in 2008. Eligibility Criteria

You must have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/DA). Valid entrance exam scores are mandatory: CAT 2025, XAT 2026, MAT (August 2025 onwards), CMAT 2026, or ATMA 2026. Candidates appearing for final year exams can also apply provisionally. Work experience is not mandatory but is considered during selection.

Selection Process

Selection is merit-based through a multi-stage process: Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI). The selection committee evaluates academic performance, entrance exam scores, work experience, and interview performance. Final merit list is prepared based on overall performance across all stages.

PGDM (MBA Equivalent): 2-year full-time program with specializations in Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and AI & Analytics. PGDM-IEV: Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Development program. FPM: Fellow Programme in Management for research-focused candidates. EFPM: Executive Fellow Programme for working professionals.
