Christ University, Bangalore, has opened the application process for PhD Admissions 2026. Candidates who wish to pursue research across various disciplines can now apply online through the official website - christuniversity.in/Centre-Research. The last date to submit the application form is December 7, 2025.
The PhD program aims to promote advanced studies, original research, and innovation across diverse fields, including Humanities, Social Sciences, Commerce, Management, Engineering, Education, and Sciences.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognised university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade). Candidates who have cleared UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, or any other national-level eligibility test are also encouraged to apply.
The admission process includes a Written Test and an Interview conducted by the respective departments. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview based on their performance in the written exam and academic background.

Christ University PhD fees 2026
The annual fee for the PhD program at Christ University is ₹60,000 for Full-Time PhD and ₹80,000 for Part-Time PhD. All candidates are required to pay the first-year fee immediately after confirmation of admission. Additionally, an Admission Registration Fee of ₹8,000 (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of enrollment.
