Candidates who were already admitted in a previous round and received the same college and subject do not need to re-verify their original documents.

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Chhattisgarh, has released the allotment list for the combined Round 1 and Round 2 of the Chhattisgarh NEET PG (MD/MS) State Quota counseling 2025-26. Candidates who participated in this combined round can now check their seat allocation status and must proceed with the mandatory scrutiny and admission process.
According to the official schedule, the physical scrutiny and admission process started on January 29, 2026. Candidates must report to their respective allotted centers to complete their verification and secure their seats before the deadline on February 2, 2026.

Chhattisgarh NEET PG 2025-How to Check the Allotment Results
1. Visit the Official Website: Go to cgdme.admissions.nic.in.
2. Locate the Link: Look for the notification titled "NEET PG MD/MS Combined Round 1 & 2 Allotment List".
3. View PDF: Open the allotment PDF and search for your Name/Roll Number to see your allocated college and subject.
4. Download Allotment Letter: Log in to your candidate portal to download your individual allotment letter.

Chhattisgarh NEET PG 2025 Key Instructions for Candidates
Scrutiny Centers: For Government Medical Colleges, scrutiny will be held at the allotted college. For Private Medical Colleges (such as Balaji, RIMS, and SSIMS), scrutiny will take place at designated government centers like Pt. J.N.M. Medical College, Raipur and C.M.S. Govt. Medical College, Durg.
Document Verification: Candidates who were already admitted in a previous round and received the same college and subject do not need to re-verify their original documents. They must present their old scrutiny/admission receipt to generate a new receipt.
Fees Payment: Tuition fees can be paid via RTGS, NEFT, or Net Banking.
It is important to note that the fees are not common for everyone. The amount to be paid depends strictly on the type of college (Government vs. Private) and the specialty (branch) the candidate has been allocated.

Security Deposit: In addition to tuition fees, candidates must ensure their security deposit is paid. For Government seats, this is ₹25,000 (UR), while for Private seats, it is ₹2,00,000.
Forfeiture Rule: If a candidate is allotted a seat but fails to take admission or resigns after admission, their registration fee will be forfeited.
Private College Guarantee: Candidates allotted to private colleges can take admission based on an affidavit instead of a Bank Guarantee for now, but the Bank Guarantee must be submitted before the end of Round 3.
