This year, IIM Kozhikode is expected to conduct CAT 2025. Based on the previous trends, CAT 2025 exam date is on the last Sunday of November, i.e. November 30, 2025. The test will be held in three shifts in more than 170 cities of India. Official notification will be released in the last week of July 2025 for CAT 2025 Exam.

CAT Eligibility Criteria 2025
Minimum academic qualification is graduation in any stream from a recognized university. Read below detailed CAT eligibility criteria:
- Applicant has to possess a bachelor's degree with 50 per cent aggregate or equivalent CGPA (45 per cent aggregate for SC, ST and PWD/DA category) for appearing in CAT 2025.
- Applicants having completed a professional degree (CA/CS/ICWA/FCAI) with the percentage specified can also take CAT.
- The candidates appearing for the third year of the bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification or who are expecting their result are also eligible to take the CAT 2024 examination. However, their first year and second year marks should be combined in order to satisfy the minimum score.
- The mode of study for the bachelor's degree must be either regular or distance education, but a 3-year programme and from a UGC recognised university.
CAT Exam Pattern & Test Structure 2025
CAT question paper 2025 will consist of three sections: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude. CAT 2025 admit card will be issued 15 days before the exam. CAT admit card download date 2025, will be mentioned in the exam notification. Candidates will be able to download their CAT admit cards from the official website by using their login credentials.
Registration process for CAT exam 2025 is expected to start in the first week of August 2025. The registration process will go on till the third week of September 2025.
