CAT 2025 notification is expected to be out soon on the IIM CAT official website – iimcat.ac.in. CAT notification 2025 release date is expected to be by July 30, 2025. The registration will be held from the first week of August and continue till September 2025.
- The notification contains all imporant exam informations – important dates, eligibility, reservation, registration, and test centers.
- CAT 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 30, 2025. The exam will be held in three sessions across 170+ exam centers across India.
Over 3 lakh candidates are expected to appear for CAT 2025. Last year, more than 3.29 lakh candidates registered for the exam, and around 2.9 lakh candidates appeared for the CAT Exam.
In 2024, CAT notification was released on July 28, 2024 and registration started on August 1. Analysing the last five years’ trends, the notification is released the the last week of July.

Who is Eligible for CAT 2025?
To meet CAT eligibility, students must have a minimum of 50% in their bachelor’s degree in any curriculum or equivalent CGPA. For students in SC/ST/PwD categories, 5% relaxation from the qualifying marks is given, i.e. 45%.
There is no age bar set to appear in the examination. Students with work experience can also add the details of the same.

The CAT registration 2025 link will be available on the official website iimcat.ac.in 2025. Register online with necessary information and get the login credentials. Then using the credentials, log in and fill out the application form, pay the registration fee, and complete the process.
