What is your philosophy of leadership?

"A leader should be a good listener, motivator and approachable"

I describe my leadership style as Democratic style. I like to involve my colleagues and staff to get more creative and innovative ideas that keep them motivated. It helps me to accomplish my goals in a given period.

"Practical knowledge and lifetime experience"

Students here at Atharva gain more practical knowledge as we focus more on practical. We have good infrastructure to impart the knowledge practically as per the industry standards.

What was your vision when you first joined the college?

"To train students to be a better person in future"

My vision was to give my best and teach the students with my full caliber. It’s been roughly 3 years I have been teaching the students of Atharva where I have been part of several programs in the college such as students and faculty development program, social development of the students.
