BIT Sindri has announced the admission schedule for PhD Admission for academic year 2024-25. Candidates must visit the campus for document verification on November 29 - 30, 2024. Read the article below for more details.

BIT Sindri is inviting the selected candidates for admission to its PhD course (session 2024-2025) through JUT, Ranchi. Document verification for the admission process will be conducted on November 29 & November 30, 2024.

Allotment letter/Admission letter/Receipt provided by JUT, Ranchi
Valid GATE Score Card (if applicable)
Original Admit Card, Marks Sheet & Passing Certificate of 10th, 12th /Diploma,B.Tech and M.Tech
Up to date & Valid Original Local residential Certificate & Caste Certificate (if applicable) issued online by CO/SDO/DC from Jharkhand State
Valid EWS Certificate (if applicable).issued online by CO/SDO/DC from Jharkhand State
Up to date & Valid Original Local residential Certificate issued online by SDO/DC from Jharkhand State (for girls candidates who want to avail of fee concession)
Original TC/CLC/SLC issued from the Institution last attended and Migration certificate issued by concerned Board/University last attended.
Photocopy of Aadhaar card
Fee Receipt
6 Colored Passport-size recent photographs
Two sets of Photocopy of all certificates/documents
Any other document demanded at the time of admission (if needed)

Candidates selected for PhD program at BIT Sindri (under JUT, Ranchi) can follow the below-mentioned steps:

Visit the SBI’s official website (onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect)
Select “Jharkhand” in State of Corporate / Institution
Next, Select “Educational Institutions” in Type of Corporate / Institution
Select “BIT SINDRI (ACADEMIC ACCOUNT)” in Educational Institutions Name
Click Submit and proceed further
Select the Payment category
Fill out the necessary details and proceed with the payment

Note: After payment is successful, download the payment receipt for future reference.
