The Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) has announced an extension for its PGDM application deadline.

Prospective management students now have until January 31, 2026, to submit their applications for the BIMTECH PGDM admission 2026-2028 batch. To complete the application process, an applicant must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹2,250.

BIMTECH PGDM Admission 2026 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, a candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Academic Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks (10+2+3 pattern). Candidates in their final year of graduation may also apply.
• Entrance Exams: Valid scores in national-level exams are mandatory:
  • PGDM & PGDM (IB): CAT 2025 / XAT 2026 / GMAT 2024-26/ CMAT 2026.
  • PGDM (IBM) & PGDM (RM): CAT / XAT / GMAT / CMAT or MAT 2025-26.

BIMTECH PGDM Admission 2026 Selection Process

The selection is based on a composite score. The weightage is distributed as follows:

• Entrance Exam Score: 35%
• Personal Interview (PI) & Extempore: 30%
• Past Academic Performance: 9%
• Work Experience: 8%
• Diversity (Gender/Regional/Academic): Up to 18%
