Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Noida Campus is inviting applications for PGDM programs for the 2025-27 academic year. Candidates must have a graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks.

Additionally, candidates appearing in the final year of the graduation examination (1st attempt) in the summer of 2025 can also apply. They will have to produce the final year result with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate on or before October 31, 2025.

BIMTECH PGDM Admission 2025-27 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks. Additionally, the eligibility criteria for PGDM programs are provided below:

• PGDM and PGDM (International Business): Valid CAT 2024 / XAT 2025 / GMAT 2023/2024-25 / CMAT 2025 score
• PGDM (Insurance Business Management) and PGDM (Retail Management): CAT 2024 / XAT 2025 / GMAT 2023/2024-25 / MAT 2024-25 / CMAT 2025 score

Candidates must upload their entrance test percentile as soon as the results are declared. Shortlisting will be done based on:

• CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT score (as per the eligibility)
• Past Academic Record

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process which consists of Extempore (EXTM) & Personal Interview (PI). The selection process will be conducted in online mode and/or offline at the BIMTECH Greater Noida campus.

BIMTECH PGDM Admission 2025-27 Selection Criteria

*The weightage is for the general seats.

** Weightage for work experience would be given to a candidate only if he/she had worked in an executive or supervisory role for a minimum period of one year as of January 31, 2025, in a registered company having a turnover of INR 10 crores or more in the preceding financial year i.e. 2023-24.

Admission offers will be based on a composite score of the above-mentioned selection criteria. The result will be announced through the student’s dashboard, and the student will also be notified by mail.

The selected candidates have to deposit the 1st installment of the fee by the last date mentioned in the offer letter & subsequent installments as per the instructions given by the institute.
