BIMTECH Launches 8 Professional Courses Across 7 Countries, Accredited by CII APDC

New Delhi: Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) has launched 8 professional courses offered in online and offline mode for students and professionals from 7 countries. The courses are accredited by the Accredited Professional Development Centre (CII APDC) (Conditional Status).

The newly launched professional courses by BIMTECH include W01 - Award in General Insurance, M05 - Insurance Law, 530 - Economics and Business, 820 - Advanced Claims, M97 - Reinsurance, 992 - Risk Management in Insurance, 995 - Strategic Underwriting, and 996 - Strategic Claims Management.

Through these courses, BIMTECH will offer training to aspiring students and professionals in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives, Nepal, Bhutan, and Myanmar. The courses will be offered with support from Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

BIMTECH Integrated Training Center at Greater Noida Campus on March 29

BIMTECH has inaugurated a center at its Greater Noida campus to offer online and offline courses. The center was established on March 29, 2024 in the presence of Mr Sakate Khaitan, Senior Partner at Khaitan Legal Associates. 

Informing about the courses, Mr. Sakate Khaitan said, “Achieving CII APDC status enhances the prestige of an organization, enabling it to offer teaching and learning facilities exclusively for CII qualifications, while also meeting a recognized quality benchmark. By promoting professional insurance education, this training center aims to assist and uphold an internationally recognized high standard in its education and training offerings.”

Informing about this initiative, Dr Prabina Rajib, Director said, “After some years of hard work, we are proud to have successfully achieved CII APDC status. Under this, several tailored courses have been launched keeping in mind the evolving demands of the job market and to help students keep pace with the industry standards. Our center will provide a conducive and enriching learning environment to transform students into remarkable leaders capable of making significant contributions to the country.”
