BIM Trichy Begins MBA Admission 2026; PI Calls Out for GDPI @admission.bim.edu

BIM Trichy has issued PI calls for MBA 2026 shortlisted candidates. GDPI will be held in February, and applications remain open till February 15, 2026.

Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), Tiruchirappalli has begun sending PI call letters for MBA Admission 2026–28 to candidates shortlisted based on entrance scores submitted till January 31, 2026.

The institute informed applicants through email regarding selection for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) stage. The GDPI process is scheduled for February 2026 in major cities. Meanwhile, BIM has extended the last date to apply online till February 15, 2026.

Candidates who applied and submitted valid CAT/XAT/GMAT scores till January 31, 2026 have started receiving shortlisting emails from the admissions office.

The email confirms eligibility for the GDPI round and mentions that the exact date and time will be shared separately. Some candidates have reported delays in receiving the detailed schedule. Applicants are advised to check their inbox and spam folder regularly and wait for official communication.

BIM Trichy MBA 2026 Fee Structure

BIM has released the complete fee structure for the MBA 2026–28 batch. The total academic fee is over ₹9.3 lakh per year, excluding mess charges.

Apart from the regular academic fees, students will have to pay ₹75,000 per year as mess fees, which is charged on an actual basis. BIM also offers optional value-added programmes for interested candidates.

The PG Certificate in SAP Programme costs ₹2,36,000, while the International Summer School / Exchange Programme is priced at ₹5,00,000. The international option includes opportunities at institutions such as University of Sussex (UK), Rennes School of Business (France), and University of Texas, Arlington.

For financial support, BIM students can avail the “ScholarLoan Scheme” without collateral through major public sector banks including State Bank of India, Canara Bank, Central Bank of India, and Union Bank of India.

Candidates are advised to contact their nearest bank branch to check updated eligibility criteria and loan terms.

After the GDPI round scheduled in February 2026, BIM will prepare the final merit list based on entrance exam score, GD and PI performance, academic record, and work experience. Selected candidates must complete admission formalities within the given timeline.
