The Army Institute of Management (AIMK) Kolkata is inviting applications for the MBA program for the academic year 2026-28. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website at aim.ac.in.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with 50% marks and have appeared in CAT 2025, can apply for the MBA programme at Army Institute of Management (AIMK), Kolkata. Admission will be based on the CAT score 2025, group interview, and personal interview.
The institute may also accept applications through JEMAT 2026 if seats remain vacant after considering all CAT applications. Details about admission through JEMAT 2026 will be announced separately on the AIMK website. For admission via JEMAT 2026, candidates must have a valid JEMAT 2026 rank card and an allotment card issued by MAKAUT. Candidates should complete all requirements of their Bachelor’s degree by 30 June 2026.
Selected candidates who are still completing their degree will be given provisional admission. They must submit proof of eligibility by 31 August 2026. If the required documents are not submitted by the deadline, the candidate will have to withdraw from the programme.
Wards of personnel from the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Air Force are required to pay an application fee of INR 500. Applicants from other categories must pay an application fee of INR 600.

Documents Required for MBA Admission at AIMK
- A valid Aadhaar card is required.
- Applicants must submit a recent photograph.
- Candidates must provide their PAN card.
- Applicants should submit the CAT 2025 scorecard or JEMAT 2026 allotment card, whichever is applicable.
- The Class 10 marksheet must be uploaded.
- The Class 12 marksheet is required.
- Candidates must submit the graduation marksheet of the last semester or year attended.
- The graduation certificate should be submitted if available.
- Applicants may submit a sports participation certificate (State/National/International level), if applicable.
- An extra-curricular activity certificate can be submitted, if any.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories must provide a caste certificate.
- A Gallantry Award certificate must be submitted, if applicable.
- Candidates must submit Certificate 1, 2, or 3, as applicable, as per the eligibility criteria mentioned in the prospectus.
- Wards of retired Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force personnel must submit a photocopy of the PPO.
- DSC personnel must attach the PPO as proof of previous Army service.
- The applicant must upload their signature.
