Kotak Education Foundation is inviting application forms for Kotak Kanya Scholarship and the last date of the application is October 31, 2024. candidates will get a scholarship of INR 1,50,000 per year till the completion of their graduation degree.
Kotak Education Foundation has started the application process for Kotak Kanya Scholarship and the last date of the application is October 31, 2024. The scholarship is given to students to provide financial support to meritorious female students from underserved communities. It is to help them rise above the poverty line and complete their higher education.
A scholarship of INR 1,50,000 per year will be given to each selected candidate till the completion of the graduation degree. The program also includes mentorship support, life skill support, and finishing school training.

Eligibility Criteria for Kotak Kanya Scholarship
To avail of this scholarship, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria.
- This scholarship is given to only meritorious students across India.
- Applicants must have scored 75% or more than that or an equivalent CGPA in the class 12 board exam.
- The family income of the applicant must be lower than INR 6,00,000 per year.
- Meritorious students who have secured admission to the first year of graduation in the academic year 2024-25 in NIRF/NAAC certified institutes in Engineering, MBBS, BDS, Integrated LLB, B. Sc. Nursing, B. Pharmacy, Integrated BS-MS/ BS- Research in ISER, IISC (Bangalore), or other professional courses.

- Income proof of parents/guardians
- A passport-size photograph
- Aadhaar card
- Bank passbook
- Fee structure (for academic year 2024-25)
- College seat allocation document
- College Entrance Examination Scorecard
- Disability certificate (if applicable)
- Bonafide student certificate/letter from college
- Death certificate of parent (for single parent/orphan candidates)
- Photographs of the house
- ITR of parents for FY 2023-24 (if available)
Selection Process for the Scholarship
Scholars will be shortlisted for the Kotak Kanya Scholarship 2024-25 based on their academic merit and financial ability. There will be two rounds of interviews for selected female candidates. The scholarship will be awarded to the selected candidates based on rank order and consideration of the Kotak Education Foundation.
