AMU Held Orientation Program

New Delhi: The government of Uttar Pradesh has organized an awareness programme at the JNMUC auditorium, Aligarh Muslim University. The Dean Students’ Welfare Office, Aligarh Muslim University, hosted the Entrepreneurial Orientation Program.

The event was organized to raise awareness among students about the government support that entrepreneurship will get and to make students understand the outlined plans to achieve a trillion-dollar economy in Uttar Pradesh.

The distinguished resource persons designated by the government to facilitate awareness among the students of the university were former Director of Malaviya Patrikarita Sansthan at Kashi Vidyapeeth, Professor Om Prakash Singh, and senior IAS and MD of SC Finance and Development Corporation, Mr. Radhe Shyam.

The guests were welcomed by Professor Rafiuddin, the DSW at AMU, who also emphasized the importance of the occasion. He reaffirmed his commitment to the well-being of the AMU student body and urged students to take advantage of the several initiatives offered by the UP government.

The session was opened by Mr. Radhe Shyam, IAS, who gave a thought-provoking talk about career options in the context of the state government's welfare programs and plans for business expansion. By sharing his life story and experiences, he inspired students to work in the community and pursue their dreams, especially by raising the status of the impoverished.

Professor Om Prakash Singh gave a thorough summary of government programs and policies targeted at helping underprivileged students and members of society. He outlined plans to launch 20,000 industries, the first of which is the groundbreaking ceremony that Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh are expected to attend on February 19 in Lucknow. Professor Singh told students about portals for obtaining information on future career prospects and providing information to disadvantaged people, while also highlighting the UP government's plans to push the state's economy to $1 trillion.

Students gained knowledge about government initiatives and techniques for enhancing the economy while attending the event, which also inspired attendees to adopt an entrepreneurial spirit and assume social responsibility.
