Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) on Saturday, announced that it will conduct a ‘demo mock test’ for all university students in order to prepare them for the upcoming semester examination.
As per the announcement made by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Controller of Examination, Rajeev Kumar stated that the examination will be held through Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), and will be conducted for only 90 minutes.
"The examination will be of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and it will be of a shorter duration. Students will be required to answer 50 MCQs in 90 minutes. They can take the examination from their home, a cyber cafe, on their smartphones, laptops, and desktops, he stated.
Referring to the upcoming semester examination, ATKU stated that the university will not take any responsibility if students who won't appear for the mock test will end up facing problems in the final examination.

The datasheet for ATKU Mock Test 2021 is expected to be released for all students on the university's official website shortly. Additionally, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has also extended the last date for examination form submission for students till June 28, 2021, due to the ongoing pandemic situation in the country.
Rajeev Kumar further added that students have been appearing for examinations through offline means, in traditionally pen and paper mode, which was the main reason why ATKU decided to conduct a demo mock test for students before the final examination.
With the conduct of the ATKU Mock Test, students will get familiar with the online examination mode and will be better prepared for the final/semester examination. The semester examination is likely to be conducted in July-end or August 2021.
