AIMS Institute Bangalore has released the MBA admission schedule for the 2026 academic session, including timelines for both regular MBA admissions and MBA (Non-PGCET) admissions. As per the notification, the application deadline for regular MBA admissions is January 31, 2026, while candidates applying under the MBA (Non-PGCET) category can submit their applications till February 2, 2026.

According to the AIMS Institute Bangalore official schedule, the online interview process for MBA applicants will conclude on February 9, 2026, followed by the SWOC (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Challenges) presentation and personal interview round on February 21, 2026.

MBA 2026 Eligibility Criteria at AIMS Institute Bangalore

Eligibility for MBA through PGCET

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. A 5% relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/CAT-1 candidates, who are eligible with 45% aggregate marks. Applicants must have a valid Karnataka PGCET score, and admissions under this route will be conducted through KEA counselling.

Eligibility for MBA (Non-PGCET)

Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate marks. SC/ST/CAT-1 candidates are eligible with 45% aggregate marks. In addition to academic eligibility, candidates must have a valid score in CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, and ATMA. Admissions under this category are conducted directly by the institute through its internal selection process.
