AILET 2024 Applications to Begin from August 7

New Delhi: The National Law University, Delhi (NLUD) has announced that it will conduct the AILET 2024 exam on December 10, 2023, and the registration for the same will open from August 7, 2023, on the official website @nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.

NLU Delhi will conduct the AILET 2023 exam as a pen-and-paper based test from 11 Am to 12:30 PM on December 10, 2023. The entrance exam for AILET BA LLB will consist of 150 objective-type questions divided into three sections - English, logical reasoning and general knowledge including current affairs. However, the AILET LLM and PhD exam will feature questions only on various aspects of law.

AILET 2024 Exam: Eligibility Criteria 

There is no maximum age for applicants who want to take the AILET 2024 exam. However, in order to be eligible, general category applicants for the AILET BA LLB exam must have received at least 50% in their class 12 exams, while SC, ST candidates must have received at least 45%.

As per the , a total of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and 10 descriptive questions will be asked in the 90-minute AILET exam. Each descriptive question will be worth 25 points. One mark will be awarded for each correct response, and 0.25 will be subtracted for each incorrect response.
