LISAS IAS established in 1993 is one of the oldest coaching classes in Budha Nagar, Bhubaneshwar. The LISAS IAS offers UPSC and OAS (Prelims + Mains) integrated and foundation as flagship courses for the aspirants. Along with that they also offer foundation coaching for Railway, SSC and Assistant Section Officer.
