Title: Warning: Beware of Unprofessional Practices at Physics Wallah Foundation, Hadapsar, Pune I want to warn others about my terrible experience with Physics Wallah Foundation in Hadapsar, Pune. After following up for four months to get the scholarship result, their response was that they had lost it. They lost my son's offline scholarship result, leading to unnecessary stress and inconvenience. As a result, they asked him to retake the exam during his annual exams, further disrupting his academic schedule. When I paid 10,000 in advance for my son's Class 10 coaching, the counselors were disorganized and didn't acknowledge my payment. Additionally, I was not informed that this amount was non-refundable. They didn't even later have the records of me having paid the 10,000, which inconvenienced me greatly as I had to pull up my bank records to show them the proof. Despite my repeated attempts to contact their higher supervisors regarding these issues, I have not received a response yet, highlighting the profound communication gap and lack of accountability. I would not like to visit this center offline because of their bad attitude and behaviour. I've lost trust in Physics Wallah. Their unprofessional practices need to be avoided. I request you all to take this review very seriously. P.S If there was an option for 0 stars, that would be my rating for them. Edit: I have seen the other reviews and your reply is just the same. Even after mailing your Student Success team on 3rd of march for the same issue and yet their reply was that it would take them 15 days to review the issue and its been more than 15 days now. How can I believe that you will look into this matter? Its been almost about a month now and I am still waiting for my refund. Edit 2: This is more than enough. I received a call from them asking for the first instalment. This is completely outrageous as they are harassing me over it.

I am extremely disappointed with the institute where I enrolled my child at Vidyapeeth FC Road. The support staff here is very unprofessional. They make promises to parents about starting classes on time after the fees are paid, but they keep delaying the start date repeatedly. They don't seem to care about the students' loss. I am considering withdrawing my child from this institute and joining a local one instead. This situation is causing me a lot of frustration, and if they don't initiate the batch soon, I will have to take legal action against them.

Not good at all... Staff is so rude especially cleaners and others .. they behave like we are not students we are their slaves ... Please do something about it .. when it's about education you will find that vidyapeeth teachers has not experience that much , they don't know what to teach ... It's better to choose online classes ... They don't co-operate with us .. they told us that there will be only sixty students in a class but now I am sitting with more than hundred students ... It's a waste of money hear ... No results from this centre ... Choose Hadapsar branch instead of this . They talk rudely ... If I don't want to talk in Hindi they forcefully made us to talk in Hindi ... This is a insult . I want to say to Alakh sir that you are also following the footsteps of Other institutes.

The counsellor/information staff at Hadapsar doesn't seems cooperative. At reception we were asked to meet them but they were sitting idle and they told they are busy with some other parent, even their co-ordinator asked them to attend us, but the counselor didn't turned up... wastage of time
