Poor customer service and transparency

This is for motion, KOTA, less than one star not possible, otherwise deserve that one. This complaint regarding there MOST, no transparency in that one. Multiple time approach to show the answer and error location of exam, but concerning person (lokesh and his team) no response, at end of the exam and result just show percentile, no rank and no other details, we don't know whether student is wrong or ur answer key or ur software error. I also told them plz respond revert with your answerable authority, outcome is zero, i also told them no transparency, no resoponse then told in the time of registration we will not waste our time and money, but outcome is zero. so, i am posting this review (my opinion) not to waste ur time and money, at the time before start in the schlarship test. I also told them if you will not respond i will free to post my review.My humble request not to faith on these middle person, i don't have any comments on there study and others, but MOST dealing person are one of the worst experience.
