I feel so sorry to say this but they have too much of knowledge which is of no use if they don't have a good heart
I will gove 3 star to Ramnarain ruia Autonomous college..because - there office rules are verry bad.. students have to suffer a lot to even get there own marksheet.
They are just getting paid for sitting in their chairs being useless!
