Field of Study:
- Both courses offered by the Academy of Fine Arts (AfBK) focus on liberal fine arts; the consecutive course Bachelor of Education and Master of Education in the field of Fine Arts also includes the methods for teaching art.
- While the Fine Arts course aims to prepare students for creative work as artists, the teacher training course focuses on conveying extensive specialist skills and methods for teaching art at the secondary school level.
- The artistic part of the course is taught in art classes and is complemented by lectures on the theory of art. Students from both courses take part in the events and the classes together.
