Likes
- The primary reason to come to Konstanz was due to the courses and the professors of the computer science department. Although, location is also a plus point to come here :D.
- Faculty which as I mentioned is very good.
- Location: Very beautiful. Lots of things to do.
Dislikes
- The location is good, but the city is small. This has its own benefits, but companies are fewer so a little fewer opportunity for part-time jobs as compared to Munich, Berlin, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, etc.
Placement
There is no process of campus placements. It depends on the individuals to find a job. Mostly computer science students with skills get good jobs, but this is not specific to the university. It is generally true for most German universities.
Overall experience is very good. As I heard the Universities in Germany have very high quality of education, that is very true. Love the professors here. Doing a research assistant job too which covers my living expenses and the professor is also very good. No excess work pressure. Another thing is the location, which is very beautiful.
